Nikola Founder Must Face Charges For Misleading Investors: US Judge

U.S. District Judge, Edgardo Ramos has denied Nikola founder, Trevor Milton’s request to take off the misleading charges against him. He also requested for his case to be transferred to Utah or Arizona, the city where he lives and where the company is located. 

Trevor Milton has been accused of misleading its investors and was later freed with a $100 million bail. He requested in the court saying that the crime that was filed against him did not take place in New York and most of the witnesses and evidence are also not from there, so why is the hearing is happening in New York.
