Apple Surprising its Employees with Massive Bonuses and Incentives

According to a report from Bloomberg, tech giant, Apple is giving out massive bonuses and incentives to some of its engineers to stay with the company and do not flee to its competitors like Meta. Most of these bonuses are valued from $80,000 to 120,000 and some receiving from $50,000 to $180,000. The bonuses and incentives are given to high performing engineers only.

These bonuses and surprise incentives are an example of how tech giants like Google, Meta and Apple and others always make full efforts to grab the brightest minds of the industry for themselves.
