General Electric Plans to Split

General Electric has made an announcement about its split. The company will split into 3 different companies and list them on the Stock Exchange. The companies will be specialized in Aviation, Healthcare, and Energy. Chairman and chief executive of General Electric, Lawrence Culp has said that the split will be beneficial to the investors, and employees and will add value for the customers.

The company plans to combine its renewable energy, power, and digital branch into one company. The main company General Electric will focus on the aviation business in the leadership of Mr. Culp.
