Ashiana Housing and the Lohia Jain Group will build a Housing Project in Pune

New Delhi's NSE & BSE-listed real estate developer Ashiana Housing has teamed up with Pune-based Lohia Jain Group to create Ashiana Malhar, a premier project in Pune's Hinjawadi. Ashiana Housing will develop Ashiana Malhar, which covers 11.33 acres. There will be 990 units in total. The project's Phase I will include 224 spacious units.

There will be two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom apartments. The usable area for carpeting is 733 sq. From 733 to 1045 sq. ft. Each tower has 14 floors. They will also have open and stilt parking. In order to meet the needs of Pune residents, Ashiana Malhar was designed to offer a wonderful living experience.

This project is well connected via the Mumbai-Bangalore highway and will serve the needs of working millennials. Ashiana Malhar, a community that focuses on work, will offer open and green spaces as well as an in-house clubhouse.
