India's biggest outsider coordination arrangement suppliers - Mahindra Logistics Ltd - on November 9 reported the obtaining of Meru Travel Solutions Private Limited (MTSPL). 

With this securing, Mahindra Logistics Ltd has assumed control of more than 100% value share capital of Meru Mobility Tech Private Limited, V-Link Fleet Solutions Private Limited, and V-Link Automotive Services Private Limited from MTSPL, with this procurement, Mahindra Logistics Ltd. is planning to combine and grow its business in the undertaking portability space.
