This is a great move by the Delhi government towards bringing all the services online. Since most of us now have a stable internet connection after Reliance Jio entered the market, it makes sense to have all the integral government services online so we can easily book services from the comfort of our houses. It is a beneficial step taken by the government especially in the ongoing pandemic. Moving all these services online would prevent people from going out unnecessarily. Since fewer people would go out, it would help keep the Covid-19 cases at bay. 

But in order to do all this, the Delhi government will have to invest in good resources to keep the flow of the website smooth. Many times government websites face a lot of technical errors and glitches. So for this step to be successful, the Delhi government will have to play their cards right. If this step becomes successful, other states should follow. As a matter of fact, the Maharashtra government is also looking to move all its transport-related services online.
