Google to Open a New Office in Pune this Year

Google has announced that it is planning to establish a new office in Pune in the second half of this year, that will focus on building advanced enterprise cloud technologies. The Pune based office will hire employees for Cloud product engineering, technical support and global delivery centre organisation.

It has already started hiring alongside rapidly growing teams in Gurugram, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. The new recruits will be responsible for delivering products and implementation expertise that customers turn to Google Could as their trusted partner. 

Google Cloud has also hired the former AWS veteran Bikram Singh Bedi as the managing director of Google Cloud India. In November 2021 it appointed senior IBM executive Subram Natrajan as the director of Customer Engineering for its operations in India.

The VP at Cloud Engineering in India, Anil Bhansali has said that the expansion into Pune will enable us to tap top talent as we continue developing advanced cloud computing solutions, products and services for the company’s growing user base.
