MediBuddy Raised $125 Million

Healthcare company MediBuddy on Tuesday has announced that it has raised $125 million in Series C funding. MediBuddy is a one-stop solution platform that provides various healthcare services such as Doctor’s consultations, medicine delivery, lab tests, etc. The said amount was raised from Quadria Capital and Lightrock India. Several other existing investors also participated in this funding round. Tejasvi Ravi, Principal & Healthcare lead, Lightrock India, in a statement said: "MediBuddy is playing a critical role in organising primary healthcare services, improving quality and convenience even as it expands access across India including Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns. MediBuddy's care-platform provides seamlessly integrated care that is leading the way in increasing uptake of primary healthcare and helping millions of customers stay healthy.” MediBuddy said that the raised amount will be used in customer awareness, developing technologies, hiring employees, clinical research, etc.
