Uber introduces Audio Recording Feature

Uber has introduced a new feature of audio recording to enhance the safety system of the users. The feature will allow both the driver and the customer to record the audio. The feature is only in Latin America along with Brazil and Mexico. The ride-hailing company has introduced this feature to promote safety and comfort during a trip. 

According to a survey in Rio de Janeiro, around 70 percent of riders and drivers felt safe with this feature. The company is also planning to add multiple new features including an audio seat belt alert that will remind the riders to put their seat belt on before the start of the trip.
