According to the source, the files belong to a company called Immersive Health Solutions LLC, which was established in February. Later, Immersive Health Solutions was registered with a different business called Corporation Trust Co.
In May, Parker Ortolani of Vox Media discovered trademark filings for the moniker Parker Ortolani of Vox Media" that were connected to Apple and Corporation Trust.
According to Bloomberg, the company employed regional legal firms to register the trademarks, such as Simpson Grierson in New Zealand, and the names were filed in the United States (US), Canada, United Kingdom (UK), and other markets. The company that Apple used to register the name "Apple Sales" there is the same one.
Early in 2021, rumours began to circulate that Apple was working on a mixed reality headset with 12 cameras to monitor hand and eye motions. It was rumored to have a $3,000 price tag and is known internally as "N301."
The Information was reported in February 2021 that the company would power the device with its own M1 chips and include Lida technology, which also powers Apple's iPhone 12 Pro.
