Microsoft Launched Cybersecurity Skilling Program in India

Microsoft has launched a Cybersecurity Skilling Programme in India, with an aim to have skilled professionals by 2022. The programme will focus on empowering security professionals and creating a workforce for a career in cybersecurity. The programme aims at providing experience in the fundamentals of security, compliance and identity. Anant Maheshwari, the president of Microsoft India said that investing in cybersecurity skills and preparing the next generation as security leaders can play a big part in securing organizations all across the world. 

The skilling programme is an extension of the global skilling initiative of Microsoft, which aims at providing new digital skills to 25 million people worldwide. Till now, more than 3 million people have been skilled in India under this initiative.
