India has seen a significant increase in Covid-19 instances, the largest daily increase in two months

The current increase in the Covid-19 cases shows the possibility of the third wave. Kerala has more than 70 percent share in the new active cases of covid-19. The recovery rate in the country is commendable but currently, the recovery rate is less than the infection rate.
The country needs to improve the recovery rate and the vaccination process. Vaccination in the country is going on at a very positive rate and a medical official from WHO stated that if the same speed is maintained regarding vaccination, 70 percent or more population will be vaccinated by the end of 2022. 
It is being speculated that India is coming to a situation of endemic, where the disease is only concentrated to specific parts of the country and the people infected are the ones left to be unexposed to the virus.
