FBI’s Email Got Hacked, Send Thousand of Emails

A group of hackers got into the email server of the FBI. The hackers not only hacked into the system but send thousands of emails to people subjecting them as Urgent. The people who received the emails were scared of receiving the emails directory from the FBI. According to the reports, the intention of hackers was not to take away any type of data from the FBI but it was just a prank. It is believed that the group of hackers had some sort of grudge against the Security Researcher Vinny Toria, and this is the reason why the prank was played on the agency. 

The FBI has also confirmed that the email server was isolated from the rest of the agency and the hackers were not able to access any information from the FBI’s network.
