The Grand Hyatt in Mumbai hosted the Forbes India Leadership Awards 2023. The event began with a welcoming message by Brian Carvalho, Editor of Forbes India, and was followed by a keynote lecture from Dr Rajiv J Shah, President of the Rockefeller Foundation. The ceremony featured insightful talks and knowledge-sharing sessions attended by prominent industry leaders.
In fiscal 2022, Max Healthcare Institute Limited (MHIL) is one of India's major hospital chains (based solely on revenue from healthcare services). It is dedicated to the highest levels of medical and service quality, patient care, scientific and medical education, and research.
MHIL has a strong presence in North India, with a network of 17 healthcare facilities. Eight hospitals and four medical centres are located in Delhi and the NCR, while the others are located in Mumbai, Mohali, Bathinda, and Dehradun. All hospitals and medical centers owned and operated by the Company and its subsidiaries, as well as partner healthcare institutions and managed healthcare facilities, are part of the Max network. These include state-of-the-art tertiary and quaternary care hospitals at Saket, Patparganj, Vaishali, Rajendra Place, and Shalimar Bagh in Delhi NCR and one each in Mumbai, Mohali, Bathinda and Dehradun, secondary care hospital in Gurgaon and Day Care Centres at Noida, Lajpat Nagar and Panchsheel Park in Delhi NCR and one in Mohali, Punjab. The hospitals in Mohali and Bathinda are part of a public-private partnership with the Punjab government.
MHIL has two SBUs, Max@Home and Max Lab, in addition to its primary hospital business. Max@Home is a platform that delivers health and wellness services in the comfort of the patient's own home, and Max Lab provides diagnostic services to patients outside of its network.
