Badminton Veteran Prakash Padukone To Receive A Lifetime Achievement

Indian veteran badminton player Prakash Padukone is going to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award from Badminton World Federation. Award commission suggested his name for Lifetime Achievement. Prakash Padukone is a former world number-1 shuttler besides this he also is the first Indian ever to Achieve the All England Badminton Championship.

Prakash Padukone, the world number one player and the main Indian to win a World Championship Medal, was given the BAIs Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018.

BAI General Secretary Ajay Singhania said, “We are happy that this honor is being given to the legendary player Prakash Padukone. Wherever Indian badminton is today, he has a huge contribution to that.
