From 2,855 billionaires last year, the number of billionaires has fallen slightly. The list this year includes 2.8 billionaires. These billionaires had 1.28 trillion dollars in assets this year. This is slightly less than the 13 lakh 10 000 crores last year. This means that the wealth of the world's richest people has declined this year in comparison to last year. Elon Musk is currently the richest person in the world, 

Russia has lost the largest number of billionaires in a single year. Russia's attack against Ukraine has resulted in 34 billionaires losing their assets, and they have been removed from the list. The United States, however, has the highest number this year of billionaires, just like in other years.
