Pristyn becomes the 42nd Startup to join the Unicorn Club

Pristyn, a Gurugram based healthcare startup has become the 42nd Indian startup to enter the Unicorn club with a valuation of over a billion. The company has raised around $85 million in a Series E round. Another funding led by Tiger Global helped in raising $53 million in April 2021. The company is planning to expand its business into new geographies and to adapt to new surgery specialties.

Pristyn has around 200 full-time surgeons who performed 20,000 surgeries in 2020. ShareChat, CRED, BharatPe, and Urban Company are some of the companies that have joined the Unicorn club in 2021.
