Fossils of Prehistoric Dog-Sized Scorpion in South China Sea

While exploring the South China sea, researchers have found the fossils of a prehistoric Dog sized Scorpion. The fossil is around 443 to 419 million years old. The scorpion’s shape was found in the depths of the sea, which was printed on a rock in the sea.
Wang Bo, a researcher from the Nanjing Institute of Geology and Palaeontology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and also the co-author of the study has described the fossils as being male. The size of the scorpion is around one meter.
