London-based tech brand Nothing has officially announced the launch date for the CMF Phone 2 Pro. The device will be unveiled on April 28, 2025, at 6:30 PM IST, along with a new range of CMF audio products.

CMF by Nothing Expands Smartphone Lineup

The CMF Phone 2 Pro marks the second smartphone offering under the CMF by Nothing sub-brand. Following the positive reception of the CMF Phone 1 launched in July 2024, the brand is now looking to elevate the experience with its new Pro edition.

The CMF Phone 1 was praised for its customizable back panels and eye-catching orange color, which gave the device a unique visual appeal. With the introduction of the "Pro" tag in the upcoming model, expectations are high for upgraded specifications and performance.

Expected Pricing and Target Market

While the official pricing has not yet been revealed, industry insiders speculate that the CMF Phone 2 Pro could be priced between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000. This would place it in direct competition with mid-range smartphones like the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion, which is powered by the same chipset and starts at ₹22,999.

The original CMF Phone 1, with its plastic body, was launched at ₹15,999 and aimed at budget-conscious users. The Phone 2 Pro is expected to cater to users looking for premium features at a competitive price.

Rumoured Specifications of CMF Phone 2 Pro

Although Nothing has not confirmed the complete specs, multiple leaks and reports have hinted at the following features for the CMF Phone 2 Pro:

• Display: 6.3-inch FHD+ OLED screen

• Battery: 5,000 mAh with 33W fast charging

• Design: Possibly a refined version of the Phone 1’s customizable exterior
