Microsoft Has Finally Announced The Windows 11 2022 Update

The Windows 11 2022 update, the first significant update to Microsoft's newest operating system since its introduction in October 2021, has finally been revealed. The update, known as Windows 11 version 22H2, adds a number of new features and enhancements to Windows 11.

Users of both Windows 11 and Windows 10 can download the update to their devices as the company has begun rolling out the Windows 11 2022 update in more than 190 countries.

The Windows 11 2022 update adds a number of new features, including better touch gestures, snap layouts, start menu folders, and security measures, among others.

In order to make it easier for you to access several applications, Microsoft included the option to create start menu folders. The reason the functionality appears to be identical is that Microsoft abruptly deleted it from the first release of Windows 11 even though it was there in Windows 10.

An update to Windows 11's Snap Layout, a feature that makes it simple to arrange apps for multitasking, now adds better touch navigation and the ability to snap multiple Microsoft Edge browser tabs.

Additionally included in the new version is system-wide Live Captions for Windows 11, which creates captions from audio. Microsoft has also released a voice access capability that enables users to command their computers verbally.

Additionally, the Windows 11 2022 update adds productivity-enhancing features including focus sessions and do not disturb. Windows will enable do not disturb when you enable focus sessions, and all notifications will stop with the exception of priority notifications.
