Kia India reaches 1 lakh cumulative export-mark

Kia India on Thursday has stated that it has exported more than 1 lakh units of the brand since it began its export business in September 2019. This has strengthened the promise made by the car company who committed to transforming India into a globally important export hub. Currently, the company offers three models in the domestic market- the budget-friendly Kia Sonet, the premium Kia Seltos in the mid-size SUV, and the luxury MPV Kia Carnival. Out of these three, the company is currently exporting two models-Kia Seltos and Kia Sonet. 91 countries situated in the Middle East, Africa, Central and South America along with Mexico and Asia-Pacific have been receiving cars made by Kia in India. Kia India MD and CEO Tae-Jin-Park said that the company is extremely happy with the performance of the company's product in the global market.
