Mumbai and San Francisco based Fractal has become a Unicorn with a funding of $360 million from private equity investors TPG. TPG will make the investment with its Asia-focused private equity platform TPG Capital Asia.

Fractal now values one $1 billion after this funding round. The company offers artificial intelligence and analytics solutions including marketing analytics, forecasting, pricing and promotion optimisation services and consumer insight to 500 firms in the world.

Fractal claims to have annual revenue of $100 million. Srikanth Velamakanni, the co-founder and group chief executive officer at Fractal Analytics has said that the company sees great momentum in how clients are leveraging AI to accelerate digital transformation. The company is building a great workplace and an innovative culture with significant client outcomes.
