First Acquisition of EaseMyTrip in 13 Years

Online trip planner platform EaseMyTrip has made its first acquisition by taking over Traviata. Traviata establishes peer-to-peer transactions among hotels, travel agencies, travel agents, and others. The acquisition can help EaseMyTrip to expand its business and will benefit not only the business but also the customers. It would make it cost-efficient for the customers.

EaseMyTrip is an online platform that offers deals on hotels bookings and holiday packages. It also doubled its net profit to 61.4 crores. However, the revenue of the platform declined as compared to the previous financial year. The company has access to more than 400 international and domestic airlines. It has its offices in India, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, UAE, the UK, and the USA.
