No app can inspire you to be creative on its own. However, it can sometimes be useful in providing the tweak you need to unleash your inner artist. We've all been stuck in a rut that has prevented us from engaging our grey matter in the way that we need to in order to solve a design issue.  The apps listed below claim to be useful. Of course, everyone's brain is different, so they may or may not work for you. But they're all easy to set up, so there's no problem with giving them a shot. We hope these apps motivate you and inspire you to become the creative person you are meant to be. #TWN

“Another mundane day.”

“No Motivation to channel my creativity.”

“What do I do?”

This is the daily conservation I used to have with myself. For a month, I was stuck in this endless loop of self-doubt and unmotivated life journey. However, this loop broke when I came across some creative and motivational apps that made me step out of my zone and work towards my goals.

Here in this article, I am going to mention some of the best creative apps that you can use to unleash your creativity. For iPhone users, these apps can be also used considering that people battle the war between android and iOS.

Also, if you are looking for some best apps for motivation, look no further. We will also cover motivational apps so that you can be motivated to use your creativity.

Now, let’s get you up and working!

Best Creative Apps to Break the Mundane Chain

Brainsparker

A popular brainstorming exercise when trying to come up with a new creative solution is to write words on slips of paper, randomly pull them out of a hat, connect them to the situation at hand, and see what they inspire in your brain.

In other words, sometimes a little randomness is required to create the right innovative ideas. It may appear ridiculous, but if you keep learning, it can work.

Brainsparker is a free app that allows you to flex your creative muscles in a similar way. The app includes 200 cards with thought-provoking words and phrases; simply shake your gadget to shuffle the pack and generate a new card. The rest, of course, is entirely up to you.

SimpleMind

Sometimes the problem isn't coming up with ideas; it's organizing them into something that could actually work. So, if you have a slew of disjointed, free-floating ideas that don't seem to connect, metacognition is a technique that helps.

A mind map, at its most basic, is a diagram that connects different ideas, depicted by words and/or pictures, in a manner that benefits you to make sense of them. There's usually a central idea in the middle, with other associated ideas branching out from it, though there are no hard and fast rules: do whatever works for you.

SimpleMind is a fantastic tool for mind mapping on your desktop, tablet, or phone, and it's simple to switch between devices. The power to make an invisible note (so you can add large scriptures without clogging your mind map), add voice memos on iPhone, iPad, and Android, and add video on iPhone and iPad are all cool features.

TED Talks

TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) is an international series of conferences with the tagline "Ideas Worth Spreading." The best TED talks, which attract some of the world’s leading innovative and provocative thought leaders, can provide a shot in the arm of renewed creative inspiration.

The free TED app includes numerous videos that you can download to your device, as well as a 'Inspire Me' function that allows you to narrow down exactly what kind of inspiration you're looking for.

Coffitivity

Coffitivity does one thing very well: it simulates the ambient sounds of a coffee shop. This is based on studies that show that such background noises actually make your subconscious more creative.

We're not sure about the science, but we know a lot of designers who say they do their best work in coffee shops. If that's the case, brewing your own caffeine drinks at home and using this free app for ambiance will undoubtedly be less expensive than a day at Starbucks.

Unstuck

The most dangerous enemy of creative thinking is creative block. However, the feeling of being stuck and unsure of how to proceed is not restricted to design challenges: it is something that everybody feels in different ways.

Unstuck is a self-paced program that teaches you to overcome stuckness through suggestive questions, targeted tips, and action-oriented tools. It bills itself as "an in-the-moment digital coach." So, if you find yourself lacking in creativity regularly, this might be worth your time.
