News Synopsis

Exams can take a toll not only on your mental health but physical health too. The excess baggage that students in India tend to carry because of intense education really makes them frail. Recently, we have seen a new development where NEET exams are called for postponement and cancellation. Well, this doesn't change the fact that students cannot run away from their study commitments.  This makes you stress more, experience uneasiness and gloom, lose rest, become absent-minded, peevish, overpowered, depleted, and feel wild.

This can truly affect your capacity to plan for your tasks and tests, just as contrarily influence your degrees of execution and feeling of prosperity. Proper measures must be taken to safeguard a student's mental well-being. As not much is being done to deduce the stress that these young students undergo. There is much talk but less action. Educational institutes must acknowledge how to tackle stressful situations in students' lives. This harsh reality of education has been going on for ages. Even pandemics did not pursue and force schools and colleges to bring about certain changes, students have been still relying upon the same textbooks and competition that is hard to ignore or deny!
