Given the information from the airline, it has been told that it has got Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from DGCA. It is further told that now the company can start airlines soon. After getting the license from DGCA, it can be expected that Akasa Air can start its first commercial air service by the last week of July.

It is estimated that from July 15, ticket booking will start in Akasa Air. In a conversation with the media a few days ago, Vinay Dubey, the CEO of the airline company, had also indicated this. We are delighted to announce the receipt of our Air Operator Certificate (AOC) on the official Twitter handle of Akasa Air after getting the airline license from DGCA.
