It is a major pilgrimage site for millions of Hindus, being the birthplace of Lord Ram. The city is also home to ancient temples, historical landmarks, and vibrant cultural traditions, attracting religious tourists year-round. This new air connectivity will boost tourism to Ayodhya, making it more accessible to a wider audience.

The addition of Ayodhya to its network further cements the city’s role as a crucial transit point for domestic connectivity.
