A full-stack B2B trade enablement platform, Bizongo has acquired Mumbai based Clean Slate Technologies. Clean Slate Technologies is an IoT and real-time location service, provider.
With this acquisition, Bizongo aims to equip more than 100 Indian factories with its IoT powered cloud factory solution by 2023. The whole team of Clean Slate Technologies will join Bizongo. The value of the acquisition is not revealed yet.
The technology platform plans to integrate Clean Slate's assets, products, and people tracking capabilities and sensors to generate data and insights about factory operations. Cloud factories powered by IoT increase the production visibility for MSMEs and their domestic and international customers. Bizongo plans to deploy cloud factory solutions in three locations by July 2022.
The co-founder and CTO of the Bizongo, Ankit Tomar has said that the make in India initiative of the government aims at placing India as a manufacturing powerhouse. He also said that the initiatives make it imperative for manufacturers to leverage emerging technologies that make their factories more efficient.
