Mukesh Ambani and Adani, the country's two largest business conglomerates, have entered into an agreement. Under this, their employees will not get jobs with each other. The name of this agreement is 'No-Poaching Agreement'.
According to reports, this agreement has been brought in May this year and will be applicable to all the businesses of these two groups. The competition between both groups is clearly visible. Because Adani Group's business is growing fast while Reliance Group is already a big name.
The news of this agreement between the two groups comes at a time when Adani Group forayed into petrochemicals last year. Reliance already has business in the petrochemicals sector, but Adani Petrochemicals Limited has also entered this sector.
Apart from petrochemicals, there is competition between the two billionaire companies over the 5G spectrum. Adani has bid for a 5G spectrum in the high-speed data sector. Whereas in this business too, Reliance is already a giant in the country.
There are more than 3 lakh 80 thousand employees in Mukesh Ambani's companies, while 23 thousand employees are working in Adani's companies. After this agreement, which came into force in May, now the employees of these two companies will not be able to work with each other.
