Who Will Occupy The Vacuum Created By Congress

With the rise of the BJP throughout the country, the role of the opposition has become even more crucial. Standing in opposition are congress, TMC, and AAP as major parties. The impact congress made on the public had been so weak that regional parties like TMC and newly formed parties like AAP have started expanding into different states, trying to hold their ground. The weaknesses of congress as the one of the biggest party of our democracy has not only made BJP a major success but also have created a vacuum for other parties to fill tits place in position. Seeing congress not being taken seriously by the public, other parties are either giving shelter to major position holders or expanding its root to other states. This will give these new and regional parties the to express their views at a bigger level now, with increased representation, they are expected to be heard more seriously than congress.
